被炸得金黄酥脆的鳕鱼条～嘎吱焦香！！里面藏着浓郁奶酪香，怕上火的我都忍不住多吃几根～～一大块牛肉包裹着榴莲和饭团，把我最爱的两种食材融合了。

自从吃了银鳕鱼之后，其他的鱼真的不香了！雪白雪白的鱼肉，细腻柔美，鳕鱼皮超级超级脆，一口入魂～～鲜嫩的和牛，切成2毫米的牛肉片，裹上香煎过的葱花等，牛肉酥软，入口即化！！

The fried golden and crispy salmon strips are crunchy and fragrant! ! There is a strong cheese fragrance hidden inside. I can&#39;t help eating a few more ～～ A large piece of beef wrapped in durian and rice balls, which combines my two favorite ingredients.

It&rsquo;s quite difficult to understand why this restaurant hasn&rsquo;t got at least 2 Michelin stars. Chef Andr&eacute; Cruz is inventive, has impeccable taste, pushes boundaries just enough, and perfectly understands contrasts in textures, intensity of flavours and respect for wonderful Portuguese ingredients.  The service is outstanding, and the wine pairings (Portuguese, but there is also an international pairing menu available) even better than I remembered from last time I visited. An exceptional restaurant in every way.
